Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and my jolly father Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I post my daily life: the good, the bad and all between. My parents accompanied my family to America in 1990, when I was only one and a half years old. I wouldn't be sharing my life story today had my parents not worked for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. To give them an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to get there. My plan of life was as follows: I'd attend university, find work in a corporate, marry and buy an apartment. My plan for success was to go to college to graduate, then get an executive job. After that, I'd marry, buy a house and then have children. But life had different plans. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. The status and wealth did not bring me joy. I thought I was living a solitary life to earn a paycheck. I had a passion for exercising and enjoyed being social and helping others while I walked this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. In this field there is a lack of Asian women. As coach, my mission is to encourage others and empower them to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to the individual's goals and needs. I also strive to empower people to pursue their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to do in their life. When my business was taking flight, I lost my mother. It was the worst of all. She has won the eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. The universe has the ability to provide us with the exact thing we require even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in the time. My mother's death changed me so much and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her new life, and also for me to have my second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is a feeling of awe and vitality. It feels like that I'm living my life, and not just existing. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories as well as my words. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to achieving anything you want in your life. Therapy is vital as is regular. Health is the best riches. My prayer is that you will live life fully and that your end is without regrets because that's all that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
